Because we maintain one of the largest U.S. Philatelic inventories available on the Internet, it is very difficult to maintain an up-to-date listing of every stamp in our inventory. Changes and updates are made to this site daily to ensure the most comprehensive listings possible.
As you go through the site, click on each stamp within the Scott Catalog number category that you have an interest in obtaining to view the item and description. You can click the button next to any item to add it to your shopping cart. When you are finished browsing, click the "checkout" button to submit your order through our secure online ordering system.
Purchases may be made by check, money order or credit card, and purchased online, via conventional mail, over the phone, by fax or through e-mail. No matter how you choose to purchase, you can still use our online shopping cart system to create your order. All charges will be automatically calculated, and, if you prefer to mail or fax your order, a printable invoice will be generated for your convenience.
If you do not see what you are looking for, let us know and we will make every effort to find it for you.

- This is a NET PRICE SALE ONLY.
- All lots are sold as genuine unless otherwise noted. In case of a question as to authenticity, the philatelic item will be submitted to a reputable philatelic authority, generally The Philatelic Foundation (PF) or Professional Stamp Experts (PSE). The buyer will be responsible for obtaining and sending the item for certification. Notice of intent to certify must be received by us within ten (10) days of receipt by the buyer. Buyer pays cost for certification including postage. A full refund of the purchase price will be made in the event an item receives a negative opinion. In the event the authority returns a "No Opinion", the purchaser will bear the cost of the certification and the item is not returnable. This applies only to an item of $250.00 or more. It no event will certification fee be reimbursed on items of less than $250.00.
- Armstrong Philatelics retains the title to all items until payment in full has been finalized (check clears bank or payment is made in full).
- Armstrong Philatelics reserves the right to hold all items until payment is made in full.
- Lots will be sold to the first order received. Web site orders are first to be processed, followed by e-mail and fax, and then conventional mail orders (sorted by time of postal office stamp).
- Armstrong Philatelics reserves the right to sell duplicate lots of the same price, quality and description on any items not illustrated.
- Postage will be charged on all orders, and will be automatically generated prior to sale by our ordering system.
- All lots are sold subject to prior sale and/or may be withdrawn from sale at any time.
- Armstrong Philatelics will not accept returns on lots more than ten (10) days after receipt or for reasons of faults clearly described in lot descriptions, or illustrated lots for reasons of centering, missing perfs or other obvious characteristics.
- Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Remember we have a 10 day "no questions asked" return policy.
- The minimum order accepted is $15.
- A signed mailed order or an order via our web site is your full acceptance of these rules and conditions of sale.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
- Orders under $50 will be charged $1 shipping
- Orders from $50 to $250 will be charged $2 shipping
- Orders over $250 will be charged $2 plus 1% of the amount over $250
- Maximum shipping charge on orders over $1000 is $10
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- Orders under $400 will be charged $10 shipping
- Orders $400 and over will be charged $15 shipping
